CLICK Teaching and Learning Coordinator, August 2020 - present 

Gazelle International

  • Hired at the conclusion of graduate internship

  • Develop specific, individualized workshops on virtual exchange pedagogy and course design for institutional clients, faculty, and administrators in the United States, Mexico, and France

  • Create roadmaps for building and expanding international education programming

  • Wrote a Workforce Briefing to highlight intercultural competencies in international education

  • Train teachers on project-based learning for their students to develop 21st-century skills

  • Analyze and present survey results from faculty and students after completing a CLICK virtual exchange course

  • Adapt our program and training based on qualitative and quantitative assessment results, such as adding a greater emphasis on international team building and workforce skills

  • Provide support to international teaching partners during their virtual exchange modules

  • Design, created and deploy newsletters using Mailchimp, and manage our social media stream on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook using Hootsuite

  • Developed curriculum and workshops for teachers  

  • Created backward design training modules for faculty members beginning to use virtual education

  • Train and coach teachers through the design and implementation of a Virtual Exchange (VE) project

  • Communicate virtually with teachers in different time zones and cultures 

  • Learn about the Connecticut and French community college systems to help them achieve their goals through VE

  • Work with interdisciplinary teams to create common learning goals

  • Use of online learning systems frequently used for VE, such as EdModo, Linkr Education, Google Classrooms, Padlet 

  • Participated in outreach efforts to bring in new faculty and colleges to Gazelle International’s Virtual Exchange program, “Click”

  • Developed a facilitator’s handbook to assist others in running the design workshop sessions

  • Created graphics and brochures that explain this nonprofit’s business model

  • Attended a two-week residency program titled “Objects and Places in an Inquiry-Based Classroom”

  • Developed teaching tools using geospatial technology such as ArcGIS

  • Completed training on object-based learning and use of archival material in the classroom
